Hello, I'm excited to introduce you to my custom-made leather belt – each belt is personally crafted by me in my small workshop in Rostock using high-quality, vegetable-tanned full-grain cowhide from sunny Tuscany.
Here’s how your custom order works:
Simply tell me your waist measurement in centimetres and how many holes you'd like your new custom-made belt to have. I will then craft it to fit you perfectly – for an ideal fit and maximum comfort. Whether for your jeans, for everyday wear, or for special occasions – your belt will be your faithful companion!
Why my leather is special compared to chrome-tanned leather?
I use exclusively 3.8 mm thick vegetable-tanned leather from the renowned Italian tannery Conceria Walpier. This vegetable-tanned full-grain leather is not only incredibly durable and breathable but also develops a unique, living patina over time. Your high-quality leather belt will become more characterful with each day and tell your story – year after year!
We use exclusive Rocky Walpier leather – world-renowned for its excellent quality and prized by premium brands. This leather is not only tanned without chrome but is also dyed in a special way: with natural pigments from biological concentrates. These are added to the leather during the tanning process itself, bonding with the fibres in a holistic way.
Handcrafted Quality – With an Eye for Detail
Each of my custom-made belts is created using pure handcraftsmanship:
I cut each strap from a single piece of full-grain leather
All edges are hand-sanded and polished with special Japanese wax until they shine
I set the holes with traditional tools and sew the belt using the saddle stitch technique for lasting durability. Every stitch is sewn by hand and sits perfectly.
